FAME KOA DELUXE HIGHLIGHTS

Sound and optics

The grain of Koa is unique and therefore each guitar is one of a kind.
Visual details such as an “Island Vine” wood inlay in the fingerboard, an abalone rosette and a maple binding have been lovingly handcrafted, while the armrest allows the rhythm arm to rest on the flattened side of the upper rib. In addition, a compensated bone bridge inlay ensures optimal resonance transmission and a flat string action, while gold-plated die-cast tuners keep the tuning clean and ensure precise tuning.

Fishman Sonitone pickup

For easy amplification and recording in plug and play manner, Fame provides the Sonitone Pickup from Fishman. The system, consisting of pickup and preamplifier, not only offers easy and flexible use at any time with almost any common mixer, recorder, interface or amplifier, but also comes up with an amazingly organic, warm and natural sound. In order to preserve the pure acoustic sound of the Fame Koa Deluxe, Fame does without unnecessary cuts around the sides and places the control panel for volume and tone control in the sound hole of the Grand Auditorium.
